AI where it saves you a phone call.
We are building three parts of Gharly on Claude, Anthropic's AI model. It handles the slow, error-prone parts of a home repair (explaining the problem, writing up the estimate, chasing an update) while verified people do the work.

Issue triage
Describe the problem in your own words, or add a photo. Claude works out the service type, how urgent it is, and what the technician should bring, so the right person turns up equipped first time.
The assigned technician confirms the diagnosis on site.

Estimate drafting
After the inspection, Claude turns the technician's notes into a clear, itemised estimate (parts, labour and the reason for each line) that a homeowner can read and approve with confidence.
The technician reviews and edits every estimate before you see it.

Support assistant
An in-app assistant that knows the status of your request, explains each stage, and answers questions about bookings and payments at any hour.
Anything it cannot resolve goes to our support team, with the full context.
