Gharly is operated by PBS Technology and Consulting LLP (LLPIN ACP-9415), a limited liability partnership incorporated in India under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, with its registered office at Door No. 284/25-7, Kalloor Building, Mukkam, Kozhikode, Kerala 673602, India.

These terms govern your use of this website. By using it, you agree to them. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean PBS Technology and Consulting LLP.

Gharly is a home services platform in development. It is designed to connect customers in India with independent, verified service professionals for plumbing, electrical, AC, handyman and general maintenance work.

The app has not launched, and no services can be booked or paid for yet. Descriptions of the app on this website describe what we are building, and may change before launch. Separate terms will apply to the app, and you will be asked to accept them when you sign up.

When you contact us or apply to become a service partner, you agree to give accurate information and not to:

• submit anything unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing;
• try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
• use automated means to scrape or submit forms.

Submitting a partner application does not create a partnership, employment or agency relationship. Partners are onboarded only after verification and a separate written agreement.

Some features of Gharly use Claude, an AI model by Anthropic, to help triage issues, draft estimates and answer support questions. AI output can be wrong. A technician confirms every diagnosis and reviews every estimate before it reaches you, and nothing is charged without your approval.

The Gharly name, logo and the content of this website belong to PBS Technology and Consulting LLP. You may not use them without our written permission, except to refer to us accurately.

This website is provided "as is" for information. To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kozhikode, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
